    Stock Market LIVE: Sensex Soars 500 Points, Nifty Crosses 22,000; INDIA VIX Drops 25%

    Sensex Today: Nifty may find support at 21,800, followed by 21,700 and 21,500. On the higher side, 22,000 can act as an immediate resistance, followed by 22,150 and 22,200. Bank Nifty charts suggest support levels at 46,700, followed by 46,500 and 46,300. If the index moves upward, it may face initial resistance at 47,300, followed by 47,500 and 47,700, according to Deven Mehata, Research Analyst at Choice Broking.

    State Bank of India Board to Consider Long-Term Fundraising

    The State Bank of India announced that its board of directors will meet on June 11 to consider raising up to $3 billion in single or multiple tranches through a public offer or private placement of senior unsecured notes in US dollars or other major foreign currencies during FY 2024-25.

    Garden Reach Inks Contract with BIWTA

    Garden Reach has signed a contract with the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) for the procurement of one trailing suction hopper dredger (hopper capacity 1000 m³) along with spare parts.

    Market Update: Sensex and Nifty Surge

    The Sensex rose by 1,003.82 points (1.39%) to 73,082.87, while the Nifty gained 334.70 points (1.53%) to reach 22,219.20. Around 1,698 shares advanced, 1,493 shares declined, and 99 shares remained unchanged.
