    IPO Wave Hits Dalal Street: 7 Public Issues to Open This Week, 8 Firms Set to List on Bourses

    IPO: The upcoming week is expected to be bustling for Dalal Street. Amidst the prevailing positive sentiment and benchmark indices consistently reaching new record highs, the primary market is set to offer numerous investment opportunities for investors.

    This week, Dalal Street is gearing up for a series of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and new listings. Seven companies are set to open their IPOs, and eight new listings are expected.

    Among the IPOs, Popular Vehicles and Krystal Integrated are mainboard issues, while the four SME IPOs are Pratham EPC, Signoria Creation, Royal Sense Limited, and AVP Infracon Limited IPO.

    • Krystal Integrated Services IPO:
      • Opens for subscription on March 14.
      • Comprises a fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 175 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 17.5 lakh equity shares.
      • Anchor book opens on March 13.
    • Popular Vehicles and Services IPO:
      • Opens for subscription on March 12.
      • Price band set at Rs 280-295 per share.
      • Anchor bidding opens on March 11.
    • KP Green Engineering IPO:
      • Opens for subscription on March 15.
      • Price band fixed at Rs 137 to Rs 144 per share.
      • Aims to raise Rs 189.50 crores.
    • AVP Infracon IPO:
      • Launches on March 13, closes on March 16.
      • Price band set at Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share.
      • Aims to raise Rs 52.34 crore.
    • Pratham EPC Projects IPO:
      • Launches on March 11, concludes on March 13.
      • Price band set at Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share.
      • Aims to raise Rs 36 crore.
    • Signoria Creation IPO:
      • Opens for subscription on March 12, concludes on March 14.
      • Price band set at Rs 61 to Rs 65 per share.
    • Royal Sense IPO:
      • Opens for subscription on March 12, closes on March 14.
      • Fixed price issue of Rs 9.86 crore, priced at Rs 68 per share.

    In addition to the IPOs, there will be new listings:

    • Mainboard Listings: JG Chemicals, Gopal Snacks, and RK Swamy are set to list on March 13, March 14, and March 12, respectively.
    • SME Listings: Pune E-Stock Broking, Shree Karni Fabcom, Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry, Sona Machinery, and V R Infraspace are expected to list.
