Bengaluru: Ola founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal announced on Friday that the ride-hailing platform has discontinued its integration with Google Maps, replacing it with its own in-house Ola Maps.
According to Aggarwal, this change has allowed the company to save Rs 100 crore annually. In a post on X, he mentioned, “After exiting Azure last month, we have now fully moved away from Google Maps.
