Ahmedabad: The highly anticipated Garba event featuring renowned singer and “Garba Queen” Falguni Pathak, scheduled to take place in the city, has been postponed. This is due to her crew members being stranded in Paris as a result of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran in the Middle East. Originally set for Wednesday, October 2, at Shanku’s Farm in Gota, the event has now been rescheduled for October 14.
In a video message shared on social media, Pathak explained that while she and some of her team had returned to India from Toronto the day before, a group of 14 crew members remained stuck in Paris. Their flight was delayed due to the Israel-Iran war, preventing them from continuing their journey.
With thousands of fans having already purchased tickets for the event, Pathak’s message was issued to address the inquiries flooding in from concerned attendees.
