    PM Modi’s Visit: Gujarat and Rajasthan Itinerary Includes Witnessing ‘Bharat Shakti’ Military Exercise at Pokhran

    Lok Sabha 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a visit to Gujarat and Rajasthan on Tuesday. Commencing at around 9:15 am, he will dedicate and lay the foundation stone for multiple developmental projects valued at over Rs. 1,06,000 crores in Ahmedabad. Following this, PM Modi will proceed to the Sabarmati Ashram, where he will inaugurate Kochrab Ashram and unveil the Master plan of the Gandhi Ashram Memorial.

    Later, at 1:45 pm, the Prime Minister is slated to observe ‘Bharat Shakti‘, a synchronized exhibition showcasing indigenous defense capabilities, presented in the form of a Tri-Services Live Fire and Manoeuvre Exercise at Pokhran, Rajasthan.

    PM Modi In Ahmedabad

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s itinerary includes a visit to the Dedicated Freight Corridor’s (DFC) Operation Control Centre in Ahmedabad, where he will initiate various railway and petrochemical projects worth over Rs. 1,06,000 crores. The projects include the establishment of Railway Workshops, Loco Sheds, Pit lines/Coaching Depots, and the dedication of new sections of the Dedicated Freight Corridor.

    Additionally, the Prime Minister will inaugurate ten new Vande Bharat trains.

    PM Modi In Sabarmati Ashram

    In Sabarmati Ashram, PM Modi will unveil the renovated Kochrab Ashram, the first Ashram built by Mahatma Gandhi in 1915. He will also launch the Master Plan for the Gandhi Ashram Memorial, aiming to enhance infrastructure and create a world-class memorial. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will join the “Ashram Bhoomi Vandana” event.

    Later in Pokhran, Rajasthan, PM Modi will witness ‘Bharat Shakti,’ a coordinated exhibition of indigenous military capabilities, showcasing a Tri-Services Live Fire and Manoeuvre Exercise. The exercise will display a range of indigenous weapon systems and platforms, emphasizing the country’s self-reliance in defense. The demonstration will simulate multi-domain operations, highlighting integrated operational capabilities against threats in land, air, sea, cyber, and space domains.
